Western Blot: SMC5 Antibody [NBP2-20419] -
Western Blot: SMC5 Antibody [NBP2-20419] - Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with SMC5 antibody [N2N3] (NBP2-20419) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

A: Unfortunately, our product NBP2-20419 has only been validated in western blot, so we do not have a recommended dilution for IF. If you would like to try this product in IF with cells or tissue, you would qualify for our Innovator's Reward Program.
