Western Blot:[NBP3-30409]-Detection of human SPICE by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T and HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-SPICE antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. SPICE was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-SPICE antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 3 minutes and 10 seconds.
