WB: Approx. 30 kDa band observed in human lymph node lysates (calculated MW of 29.2 kDa band according to NP_005810.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing human STX6 a band of approx. 30 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293.
