Hybridoma clone has been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified triiodothyronine (Sigma T-2752) conjugated with BSA.

Specificity

This antibody reacts with conjugate T3-BSA and with free triiodothyronine in ELISA. Cross-reactivity with thyroxine is less than 0.1%.
