Immunoprecipitation:TRM1 AntibodyNBP3-29717] -Detection of human TRMT1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRMT1 antibody NBP3-29717 (lot NBP3-29717-1) used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TRMT1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TRMT1.. For blotting immunoprecipitated TRMT1, NBP3-29717 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
