Western Blot:[NBP3-29506]-Detection of human TSC22D4 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TSC22D4 antibody used for WB at 0. 4 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. TSC22D4 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TSC22D4 antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds.
