Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30493]-

Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-30493]-Detection of human TTC15 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TTC15 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. TTC15 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TTC15 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated TTC15, was used at 0. 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
