Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: UNC5H3/UNC5C Antibody [NBP1-37002] - Staining of paraffin embedded Human Cerebral Cortex. Steamed antigen retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6, AP-staining.Immunocytochemistry/ Immunofluorescence: UNC5H3/UNC5C Antibody [NBP1-37002] -
Expression of UNC5c protein in the medial prefrontal cortex of an adult male mouse.Low (A) and high (B) magnification images demonstrate that there is little UNC5c expression in dopamine axons in the medial prefrontal cortex. Here, we identify dopamine axons by immunofluorescent staining for tyrosine hydroxylase (TH). See our Methods subsection ‘Immunohistochemistry’ for details. Abbreviations: fmi: forceps minor of the corpus callosum, mPFC: medial prefrontal cortex. Image collected and cropped by CiteAb from the following open publication (https://elifesciences.org/articles/88261), licensed under a CC-BY license.
