Immunoprecipitation:VMA21 AntibodyNBP3-30030] -Detection of human VMA21 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 10% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-VMA21 antibody (NBP3-30030 lot 2) used for IP at 2 µg per reaction. VMA21 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (NBP3-30030 lot 1) and another.inst a different epitope of VMA21. For blotting immunoprecipitated VMA21, NBP3-30030 was used at 0.1 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
