Western Blot: WDCP Antibody [NBP1-78737] - Whole cell lysate from 293T (15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded), Jurkat (J; 50 mcg) and HeLa (H; 50 mcg) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-C2orf44 antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 0.4 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. C2orf44 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-C2orf44 antibody NBP1-78736, which recognizes an upstream epitope.
