Western Blot: XPV/DNA polymerase eta Antibody [NB100-60424] - Detection of human PolH by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from HeLa, HEK293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified Rabbit anti-PolH antibody NB100-60424 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Immunoprecipitation: XPV/DNA polymerase eta Antibody [NB100-60424]
Immunoprecipitation: XPV/DNA polymerase eta Antibody [NB100-60424] - Detection of human XPV/DNA polymerase eta/PolH by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Hela cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified Rabbit anti-PolH antibody NB100-60424 (lot 3) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. PolH was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot 2) and rabbit anti-PolH antibody NB100-60423. For blotting immunoprecipitated PolH, NB100-60424 was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for XPV/DNA polymerase eta Antibody
