Immunoprecipitation;ZBTB38 Antibody  Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from K-562 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZBTB38 antibody used for IP at 2 µg per reaction. ZBTB38 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ZBTB38 antibody. For bting immunoprecipitated ZBTB38, was used at 0.1 mg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.
