Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ZBTB8A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope.
