Western Blot:[NBP3-30592]-Detection of human CIZ by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa, HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CIZ antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. CIZ was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CIZ antibody, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 10 seconds.
