TRPP Channel Blockers

The polycystin transient receptor potential (TRPP) channels are a subfamily of TRP channels that, when mutated, can lead to polycystic kidney disease. The TRPP channels are divided into two structurally distinct groups, polycystic kidney disease 1-like (PKD1-like) and polycystic kidney disease 2-like (PKD2-like).
