Immunogen
ACTR3 (C-terminal region) synthetic peptide (coupled to KLH) corresponding to amino acid residues in the C-terminal region of human ACTR3. This peptide sequence is highly conserved in rat, mouse, chicken, fish, and yeast ACTR3 proteins. [UniProt# P61158]
Specificity
The antibody detects a 47 kDa doublet corresponding to the molecular mass of ACTR3 on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of human A431, Jurkat, and HeLa cells, and in rat PC12 cells.
Clonality
Polyclonal
Host
Rabbit
Isotype
IgG
Theoretical MW
47 kDa.

Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ACTR3 Antibody [NBP3-23369] -
Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ACTR3 Antibody [NBP3-23369] - Immunocytochemical labeling of actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B in aldehyde-fixed and NP-40-permeabilized rat PC12 cells differentiated with NGF. The cells were labeled with rabbit polyclonal anti-actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B (C-terminal region) (NBP3-23369) in the absence (left) or presence (right) of blocking peptide. The antibody was detected using appropriate secondary antibody conjugated to DyLight(R) 594.Western Blot: ACTR3 Antibody [NBP3-23369] -
Western Blot: ACTR3 Antibody [NBP3-23369] - Western blot of human A431 (lane 1), Jurkat (lane 2), and HeLa (lane 3) cells. The blots were probed with rabbit polyclonal anti-actin-related protein 2/3 complex subunit 1B (C-terminal region) antibody at 1:1000 (lanes 1-3).Applications for ACTR3 Antibody
