Application: Immunohistochemistry-ParaffinSample Tested: Diseased kidneySpecies: MouseVerified Customer | Posted 12/20/2016This is a representative image of the Novus rabbit monoclonal to C3d in a diseased mouse kidney paraffin section:Note: This customer submitted a review in an untested species (mouse) I tried the antibody NBP1-79074 at a dilution of 1:10 using three different epitope retrieval methods: a) HiER with citrate, b) HiER in alkaline Tris, and c) enzymatic pre-treatment with Proteinase K. I saw no signal under any conditions.
