    Western Blot: FRMD8 antibody [NBP1-83884] - Lane 1: HEK293T wild-type lysate (25 µg). Lane 2: HEK293T cells overexpressing C-terminally V5-tagged FRMD8 (25 µg).
    The antibody works well for overexpressed FRMD8 in Western Blot. I recommend to use a dilution of 1:250 - 1:500 for the detection of overexpressed FRMD8 by Western Blot.
