Immunogen

The original murine parent antibody was generated against human neuroblastoma cell line LAN-1. This IgG2a isotype version was then generated by class switching of the murine parent antibody 14.18 (IgG3).

Specificity

This antibody binds the GD2 antigen and GD2 expressing neuroblastoma cell lines with an affinity similar to the parent antibody.

The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, NBP3-43551, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was an unknown specificity antibody followed by staining with Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.

Flow Cytometry: Ganglioside GD2 Antibody (14G2a) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-43551] - Kelly cells were stained with the anti-unknown specificity antibody (isotype control, black line) or NBP3-43551 (blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-rabbit IgG AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and the cells were analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
