This antibody is highly specific and optimized for use in Immunohistochemistry.
It has been validated on TMAs covering 76 normal tissues and numerous cancer tissues.
Positive Control
Postive control:Liver: A strong GS staining should be seen of centrilobular hepatocytes while staining is weak to moderate in Kupffer cells.
Negative Control
Negitve control:Liver: Periportal hepatocytes must be GS negative in the normal liver.
