Western Blot: Histone H3.3 Antibody [NBP2-24697]
Western Blot: Histone H3.3 Antibody [NBP2-24697] - Total protein from human HeLa and A431 cells and mouse Neuro2A cells was separated on a 4-15% gel by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and blocked in 5% non-fat milk in TBST. The membrane was probed with 0.5 ug/ml anti-Histone H3.3 in blocking buffer with an anti-rabbit HRP secondary antibody using chemiluminescence.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Histone H3.3 Antibody [NBP2-24697]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Histone H3.3 Antibody [NBP2-24697] - Human small intestine stained with Histone H3.3 antibody at 10 ug/ml. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues is enhanced by boiling tissue sections in 10 mM sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.Applications for Histone H3.3 Antibody - BSA Free
