Q: Regarding the WB image for NBP1-93494, which band is the target band? What is the MW?
A: C17orf53 protein has three isoform with molecular weights of approx. 14kD, 56kD and 70kD. From the validation image we have on our datasheet, it appears that our C17orf53 antibody detect at least two isoforms in human plasma samples.
