Scientific Data Images for Human CCL23/MPIF-1 Antibody (69512)
Chemotaxis Induced by CCL23/MPIF‑1 and Neutral-ization by Human CCL23/MPIF‑1 Antibody.
Recombinant Human CCL23/MPIF-1 (Catalog # 371-MP) chemoattracts the THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line in a dose-dependent manner (orange line). The amount of cells that migrated through to the lower chemotaxis chamber was measured by Resazurin (Catalog # AR002). Chemotaxis elicited by Recombinant Human CCL23/MPIF-1 (1 µg/mL) is neutralized (green line) by increasing concentrations of Mouse Anti-Human CCL23/MPIF-1 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB371). The ND50 is typically 2-6 µg/mL.Applications for Human CCL23/MPIF-1 Antibody (69512)
