Human peripheral blood monocytes treated with 500 ng/mL LPS overnight, were either (A) stained or (B) not stained with Human anti-Human IL-1 beta/IL-1F2 (Research Grade Canakinumab Biosimilar) Antibody (Catalog # MAB10349) followed by APC-conjugated anti-Human IgG secondary antibody (F0135) and Mouse anti-Human CD14 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (FAB3832P).     A: The Biosimilar antibody has the same variable region and constant region sequence as the therapeutic antibody, except for Catalog numbers MAB9677, MAB9575, MAB9577, MAB9589, and their conjugates. These four antibodies have the same variable region as the Biosimilar, but not the same constant region.
