Scientific Data Images for Human S100A16 Antibody
S100A16 in Human Brain.
S100A16 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human brain (cortex) using 10 µg/mL Sheep Anti-Human S100A16 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5180) overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained with the Anti-Sheep HRP-DAB Cell & Tissue Staining Kit (brown; Catalog # CTS019) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). View our protocol for Chromogenic IHC Staining of Paraffin-embedded Tissue Sections.Detection of Human S100A16 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of Nalm-6 human Pre-B acute lymphocytic leukemia cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Sheep Anti-Human S100A16 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5180) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for S100A16 at approximately 10 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Applications for Human S100A16 Antibody
