MSH6 Antibody (MSVA-906R)

This antibody is highly specific and optimized for use in Immunohistochemistry.

It has been validated on TMAs covering 76 normal tissues and numerous cancer tissues.

The antibody concentration is optimized for dilution within dilution range using commercially available antibody diluent for immunohistochemistry.

Positive Control
Postive control:Tonsil: Virtually all mantle zone B-cells must show an at least weak to moderate nuclear staining. A moderate to strong nuclear staining must be seen in the germinal centre B-cells..

Negative Control
Negitve control:Colon adenocarcinoma with previously documented loss of MSH6 expression: Nuclear staining should be absent in cancer cells, while a nuclear staining must be seen in stromal and inflammatory cells.

Storage
Antibody can be stored at 4degC. For extended storage, aliquot and store at -20degC. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
