Immunohistochemistry;RPS3A Antibody[NBP3-29536]
Immunohistochemistry;RPS3A Antibody[NBP3-29536]Detection of human Ribosomal Protein S3A by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human ovarian carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Ribosomal Protein S3A used at a dilution of 1:1,000. Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation:RPS3A AntibodyNBP3-29537] -
Immunoprecipitation:RPS3A AntibodyNBP3-29537] -Detection of human Ribosomal Protein S3A by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Ribosomal Protein S3A antibody NBP3-29537 (lot NBP3-29537-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Ribosomal Protein S3A was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Ribosomal Protein S3A.. For blotting immunoprecipitated Ribosomal Protein S3A, NBP3-29537 was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.Applications for RPS3A Antibody - BSA Free
