Application: Immunohistochemistry-ParaffinSample Tested: FFPESpecies: MouseVerified Customer | Posted 08/10/2023NBP307688 did not produce any nuclear labeling in a variety of mouse FFPE tissues. The antibody was tested at 0.25 0.5 1 and 2 ug per mL with a 1h incubation time at room temperature. Secondary was Vectors ImmPRESS anti-rabbit HRP polymer.NBP3-07688 was tested using a TMA containing FFPE sections of liver, lung, kidney, small intestine, cerebellum, skeletal muscle, skin and spleen that were collected from 3 C57BL/6 female mice aged 1 year old. No labeling of trigeminal ganglia nuclei was observed with NBP3-07688 when tested at 0.25, 0.5, 1 and 2ug/mL 1h primary incubation time. No nuclear labeling was observed in any of the other tissues. At concentrations higher than 1ug per mL, there started to be off target labeling of tissue elements like small intestine epithelium. The suspected off-target labeling was exacerbated with EDTA based retrieval solution.Bio-Techne ResponseThis review was submitted through the legacy Novus Innovators Program, reflecting a new species or application tested on a primary antibody.
