Immunoprecipitation:STAT2 AntibodyNBP3-29475] -
Immunoprecipitation:STAT2 AntibodyNBP3-29475] -Detection of human STAT2 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-STAT2 antibody NBP3-29475 used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. STAT2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-STAT2 antibodies A303-511A and A303-512A, which recognize downstream epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated STAT2, A303-512A was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.Applications for STAT2 Antibody - BSA Free
