Product Summary for Stomach Matched Primary Tumor and Metastatic Tumor Slides - Frozen
Tissues were snap frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision, and embedded in OCT. Frozen tissue sections in each pair are prepared from the same donor. Tissue sections are 5-10 m in thickness, mounted on positively charged glass slides, and fixed by cold acetone. At least one of the tissue slides from each lot was stained with H & E for quality assurance. Product is supplied as 5 diseased slides and 5 adjacent normal slides.
