Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: ABCF2 Antibody [NBP2-98977] - Immunofluorescence staining of ABCF2 in HeLa cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with NBP2-98977 antibody (dilution ratio 1:1000) at 4C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor(R)488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue).Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.

Background: ABCF2

ATP-binding cassette sub-family F member 2 (ABCF2) is a member of the ABC Transporter superfamily and of the GCN20 subfamily. As a member of the ABC Transporter family, ABCF2 functions to transport various molecules across extra- and intracellular membranes. Unfortunatley, the specific function of ABCF2 is not currently known.
