Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Adenosine A2aR Antibody (Ig2838) - Chimeric [NBP3-09003] - Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HepG2 cells on Shi-fix(TM) coverslips, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton and stained with the chimeric mouse IgG1 version of Ig2838 (NBP3-09003) at 10 ug/ml for 1h followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody (2 ug/ml), showing granular cytoplasmic staining, possibly of protein in trafficking vesicles. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom NBP3-09003, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with an unknown specificity antibody followed by Alexa Fluor(R) 488 secondary antibody.Applications for Adenosine A2aR Antibody (Ig2838) - Chimeric - Azide and BSA Free

Application Notes
This chimeric human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
This antibody binds to the A2 adenosine receptor, a G-protein-coupled receptor for adenosine that, upon ligand binding, activates adenylyl cyclase. The antibody acts as an allosteric inhibitor.
