Western Blot: AGO1/2 Antibody [NBP3-18654]
Western Blot: AGO1/2 Antibody [NBP3-18654] - Figure 2. Western blot analysis using the antibody directed against AGO1/2 Whole cell extracts of U2OS cells (40 ug) were analysed by Western blot using the antibody against AGO1/2 diluted 1:1,000 in TBS-Tween containing 5% skimmed milk. The position of the protein of interest is indicated on the right (expected size: 97 kDa); the marker (in kDa) is shown on the left.ELISA: AGO1/2 Antibody [NBP3-18654]
ELISA: AGO1/2 Antibody [NBP3-18654] - Figure 1. Determination of the titer To determine the titer, an ELISA was performed using a serial dilution of the antibody directed against human AGO1/2. The plates were coated with the peptide used for immunization of the rabbit. By plotting the absorbance against the antibody dilution (Figure 1), the titer of the antibody was estimated to be 1:3,500.Applications for AGO1/2 Antibody
