Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CD276 antibody NBP2-32251 used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. CD276 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CD276 antibody BL16383. For blotting immunoprecipitated CD276 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.
