Western Blot: BRD7 Antibody [NBP1-28727]
Western Blot: BRD7 Antibody [NBP1-28727] - Detection of human BRD7 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 ug) from Jurkat, HEK293T, HeLa, LNCaP, and MCF-7 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD7 antibody NBP1-28727 used for WB at 0.4 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: BRD7 Antibody [NBP1-28727]
Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: BRD7 Antibody [NBP1-28727] - Detection of human BRD7 by immunohistochemistry. Sample: FFPE section of human prostate carcinoma. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD7 (NBP1-28727) used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: BRD7 Antibody [NBP1-28727]
Immunoprecipitation: BRD7 Antibody [NBP1-28727] - Detection of human BRD7 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BRD7 antibody NBP1-28727 (lot NBP1-28727-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. BRD7 was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-28727-1). For blotting immunoprecipitated BRD7, NBP1-28727 was used at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 75 seconds.Applications for BRD7 Antibody - BSA Free
