Immunohistochemistry: BTF3 Antibody [NBP1-28700]
Immunohistochemistry: BTF3 Antibody [NBP1-28700] - Sample: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma (left) and human prostate carcinoma (right). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti- BTF3 used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1ug/ml). Detection: DABImmunoprecipitation: BTF3 Antibody [NBP1-28700]
Immunoprecipitation: BTF3 Antibody [NBP1-28700] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-BTF3 antibody NBP1-28700 used for IP at 10 ug/mg lysate. BTF3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-BTF3 antibody NBP1-28716, which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated BTF3, NBP1-28716 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for BTF3 Antibody - BSA Free
