Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence: Calnexin Antibody (1C2.2D11) - Azide and BSA Free [NBP2-80608] - HeLa cells were fixed for 10 minutes using 10% formalin and then permeabilized for 5 minutes using 1X PBS + 0.05% Triton X-100. The cells were incubated with anti-Calnexin (1C2.2D11) conjugated to FITC [NBP2-36570F] at 10ug/mL for 1 hour at room temperature. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI (Blue). Cells were imaged using a 40X objective.
