Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CAP1 antibody NBP3-30240 (lot NBP3-30240-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. CAP1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CAP1 antibody for blotting immunoprecipitated CAP1, NBP3-30240 was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
