Application: Flow CytometrySample Tested: Renal tubuleSpecies: HumanVerified Customer | Posted 10/31/2022Human primary renal tubular epithelial cells stained with carbonic anhydrase 4 Ab conjugated to Alexa Fluor 488. Cells were immediately fixed with 4% PFA after detachment from culture plates and prior to staining. Final Ab concentration was 1:50.
