Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Spindly/CCDC99 antibody NB100-61595 used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. Spindly/CCDC99 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Spindly/CCDC99 antibody NB100-61594, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
