Flow Cytometry: CCR1 Antibody (DMC465) - Chimeric [NBP3-48348]
CCR1 protein is highly expressed on the surface of HEK293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CCR1 (DMC465) on HEK293 cells transfected with human CCR1 (Blue histogram) or HEK293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on HEK293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).Western Blot: CCR1 Antibody (DMC465) - Chimeric [NBP3-48348]
Anti-CCR1 antibody (Catalog Number# NBP3-48348) at 1/1000 dilutionLane : Hela, whole cell lysateSecondary : Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1/5000 dilutionPredicted band size: 41 kDaObserved band size: 50 kDaFlow Cytometry: CCR1 Antibody (DMC465) - Chimeric [NBP3-48348]
Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CCR1 mAb(NBP3-48348). (A) NBP3-48348 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CCR1. (B) A clear peak shift of NBP3-48348 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CCR1-expressing 8226 cells, indicating strong binding of NBP3-48348 to CCR1. Antibodies were incubated at 5 ug/ml.Applications for CCR1 Antibody (DMC465) - Chimeric
