Application: Western BlotSample Tested: Cell LysatesSpecies: HumanVerified Customer | Posted 09/07/2021Total cell lysates were not treated, or de-glycosylated with EndoH or PNGaseF. The blot shows two major non-specific bands around 130 and 15 kd. The target band is so weak.
