Immunohistochemistry: Connexin 36/GJD2 Antibody [NBP1-59254] - IHC detection of Connexin 36/GJA9 in 50uM thick section of Mouse Brain. The tissues were pre-fixed overnight in 4% PFA, and primary antibody NBP1-59254 was used at a concentration of 1ug/mL (along with Parvalbumin antibody for double staining) with gentle shaking and overnight incubation at 4C. For the detection of NBP1-59254 primary, anti-rabbit Alexa 555 secondary was employed and images were captured using a confocal microscope at 63X resolution.Western Blot: Connexin 36/GJD2 Antibody [NBP1-59254]
