Immunoprecipitation: CtIP Antibody [NB100-79809]
Immunoprecipitation: CtIP Antibody [NB100-79809] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 1/4 of IP loaded) from MCF7 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CtIP antibody BL1913 (NB100-79809) used at 3 ug/mg lysate for IP. CtIP was also immunoprecipitated with rabbit anti-CtIP antibody BL1914 (NB100-79810) using 3 ug/mg lysate. Immunoprecipitated CtIP was blotted using BL1914 at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for CtIP Antibody - BSA Free
