Flow Cytometry: CXADR Antibody (DMC687) - Chimeric [NBP3-48384]
CXADR protein is highly expressed on the surface of HEK293 cell membrane. Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CXADR (DMC687) on HEK293 cells transfected with human CXADR (Blue histogram) or HEK293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram), and Isotype antibody on HEK293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Orange histogram).

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CXADR mAb(NBP3-48384). (A) NBP3-48384 does not bind to K562 cells that do not express CXADR. (B) A clear peak shift of NBP3-48384 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CXADR-expressing Huh7 cells, indicating strong binding of NBP3-48384 to CXADR.
