Application: Western BlotSample Tested: ovarian cancer cell lysates (PEA1)Species: HumanVerified Customer | Posted 06/26/2017The antibody gave a sharp, single band at approximately 60 kDa.I have used this antibody for western blot application, by diluting it 1:500 in a solution containing 5% milk in TBS-Tween (0.1%). The antibody has been tested on human ovarian cancer cell lysates (PEA1) following and overnight incubation at 4°C on a PVDF membrane.
