Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-WDR21A antibody NBP1-05972 (lot NBP1-05972-2) used for IP at 6 ug per reaction. WDR21A was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody (lot NBP1-05972-1) and another rabbit anti-WDR21A antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated WDR21A, NBP1-05972 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
