In Western blots, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) 4-1BB Ligand, recombinant human (rh) BAFF R, rhDcTRAIL R3, rmFas, rmOPG, and rhTRAIL R4 is observed and no cross‑reactivity with rmCD27, rmCD30, rmDR3, rhDR6, rmEDAR, recombinant feline Fas, rhFas, recombinant rat Fas, rmGITR, rmHVEM, rmLymphotoxin beta R, rmNGF R, rmOX40, rmTNF RI, rmTNF RII, rhTRAIL R1, or rhTROY is observed.
