    HL-1 cells were uniformly loaded with Fura-2AM (1 µM), without compartmentalization, in presence of F127 (0.01%) in normal tyrode solution for 40 min.

    Primary guinea pig ventricular cardiomyocytes were loaded with FURA-2AM (1 μM) and Pluronic F 127 (1%) for 30 min followed by washing with normal-Tyrode solution. Cells were stimulated at 1 Hz frequency and fluorescence intensities were measured. Loading of FURA-2AM is better in the presence of Pluronic F 127.
