ELISA: NBP2-41377 was used in ELISA. NBP2-41377 as a capture antibody (1.6 ug/mL) was used in combination with biotinylated NBP2-41375 (1ug/mL) to measure total factor XII, including factor XII derivatives such as alpha-factor XIIa and alpha-factor XIIa C1-inhibitor complexes. (1)
WB: NBP2-41377 was used in western blot to detect factor XII, alpha-factor XIIa C1-inh complexes and alpha-factor XIIa. (1)
